Work Package 1 (WP1): Literature Review and Test Construction Phase
- Objective: Identify constructs predicting performance criteria and develop a VR-based assessment system.

Work Package 2 (WP2): Initial Trialing and Construct Validation Study
- Objective: Administer VR-based measures to a large sample of military personnel for analysis and calibration.
- Milestones:
- Participant Recruitment (400 participants)
- Conducting Reliability and Confirmatory Factorial Analyses
- Drafting Research Report on Development and Initial Validation
- Deliverables:
- Research report published in a peer-reviewed journal
- General media/conference appearance
- Technical manual for the Cognitive Ability and Assessment System for Military Personnel (CAASM) system
Work Package 3 (WP3): Criterion Validity Studies
- Objective: Validate the revised VR-based assessment system by collecting criterion measures.
- Milestones:
- Participant Recruitment (200 participants per criterion)
- Collecting Criterion-Data
- Conducting Statistical Analyses
- Drafting Two Research Reports
- Criterion-related Validity
- Bias and Fairness of VR-based Assessments

Work Package 4 (WP4): Roll-Out and Field Validation Study
- Objective: Large-scale deployment and validation of the VR-based assessment system.
